Bio Island and Swimming Australia join forces in two year partnership

Swimming Australia is excited to announce Bio Island as the official nutrition partner of Swimming Australia until 2018.

The partnership which will commence on March 21 will see Bio Island undertake activations at Swimming Australia national events, including the 2016 Hancock Prospecting Australian Swimming Championships at the SA Aquatic and Leisure Centre in Adelaide.

Bio Island, which has familiar face in former Australian Dolphin Elka Whalan on board as brand ambassador, places importance on health, wellbeing, happiness and continually striving for innovation.

Both organisations share similar goals; Bio Island’s goal of striving for innovation and exploring new trends by consumers, who continue to inspire them to find what works best for them supports Swimming Australia’s vision to inspire all Australians to be the swimmer they want to be.
Chief Commercial Officer from Swimming Australia Chris Forbes said, “We are thrilled to welcome Bio Island to the Swimming Australia family. Swimming in Australia is on an exciting journey and to have the support of companies like Bio Island who promote a healthy and active lifestyle is terrific for our members and fans.”

Since 2008 Bio Island, based in Sydney, has been dedicated to providing Australian families with premium quality nutritional supplements. They are passionate about a commitment to daily health that encourages happiness and wellbeing from a wide range of health products.
General Manager of Bio Island Amanda Fox said, “We want to see all Australians performing at their best, approaching every day with a focus on health and wellbeing, no matter your age. We are thrilled to be partnering with Swimming Australia striving towards this goal. The Australian Swim Team has long been a source of inspiration and highlights the passion we have for a healthy lifestyle in Australia. Bio Island shares this passion and together we want to achieve great things for the health and fitness of the entire family. ”

The newly launched Bio Island Lifestyle Range opens up an ideal Healthy Lifestyle channel for Swimming Australia fans and members, providing wholesome and natural alternatives suitable for the whole family.
This exciting new partnership also includes a broadcast deal with Swimming Australia’s broadcast partner Network Seven.

Bio Island will be launching their partnership in Adelaide at the Hancock Prospecting 2016 Australian Swimming Championships.
