JX reward packs will be distributed to qualifiers over the next few weeks. Congratulations to all 2013 Qualifiers!
The Australian Junior Excellence Program (JX), recognises rewards and encourages junior swimmers who, through their development of aquatic skills and fitness, achieve a high standard of swimming excellence.
Under the program, swimmers aged from 9 to 13 years, who accomplish times set by Swimming Australia, qualify at Gold, Silver, Bronze or Green standard, depending on their best performance/s during the season.
For doing so, qualifiers receive special recognition by way of:
Swimming Australia will once again partner with the state and territory swimming associations to provide the JX Program in 2013. The 2012/13 JX criteria and time standards (including Open Water Swimming and Swimmer with a Disability Criteria is available for download:
The st2 Team Manager file below contains the JX, YPS, Age and Open standards for the 2012-2013 season. These files can be used to identify your club members’ current JX or YPS standard based on results already achieved this season.
