I've always enjoyed the sport and I think it chose me as much as I chose it.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Part of the 4x100m medley relay who won gold and set a Games Record at the 2018 Commonwealth Games.
Returned from injury to make the Rio 2016 Olympic team and helped his 4x100m freestyle relay team to bronze
In 2014 he won gold in the 100m freestyle at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow
James successfully defended his 100m freestyle world title at the 2013 FINA World Championships in Barcelona.
He won a silver and bronze medal at the 2012 Olympic Games in the 100m freestyle and 4x100m medley relay respectively
James won a gold medal in the 100m freestyle and 4x100m freestyle relay, and silver in the 4x100m medley relay at the 2011 FINA World Championships in Shanghai.
At the 2010 Commonwealth Games, James won a gold medal swimming the anchor leg in the 4x100m freestyle relay
