Swimming Australia is proud to announce this week’s 2022 Australian Short Course Championships will have a new broadcasting home.

News Corp has furthered its commitment to the coverage of Australia’s most prominent Olympic and Paralympic sport, with all heats and finals in the four-day national meet to be streamed live across the network’s KommunityTV platform.

To watch all of the action live and on demand, swimming fans can take advantage of a special introductory offer and subscribe to KommunityTV, News Corp Australia’s home of live streaming.

For just $1 per week for the first 12 weeks, new subscribers can watch every final and heat race from the championships, as well as KommunityTV’s entire program of live streams and content from across News Corp’s national network of metropolitan and regional mastheads.

The national short course championships will also serve as a selection trial for December’s World Short Course Championships in Melbourne.

Selectors will name 32 swimmers to compete in Melbourne, including as many as four members of the Junior Pan Pacs side competing in Hawaii this week. 28 swimmers from the national short course meet will be selected initially before considering the Pan Pac performances.

The 2022 Australian Short Course Championships run from Wednesday – Saturday at Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre, with heats session at 10am and finals from 6pm.
