Achievements
Born and raised in Hunter Valley, Harkin now calls Brisbane home and trains out of St Peters Western with Dean Boxall. She made her first senior Dolphins team in 2018 at the World Short Course Championships in China. She claimed her first national title in the Women’s 100m Breaststroke and a year later dominated the breaststroke events medaling in all. At the 2021 Australian Swimming Trials, she swam the qualifying time for the 200m breaststroke, allowing her to make her Olympic debut in Tokyo.
