A triple Paralympian with two gold and silver medals to his name, Cochrane is a decorated athlete and a natural leader within the Dolphins team. An unexpected call up to the 2008 Beijing Paralympics team saw the Queenslander claim his first silver medal in the Men’s 100m Breaststroke (SB7). Continuing to build on his momentum, three years later he claimed a whopping five gold medals at the Para Pan Pacs in Canada, not before also securing a silver medal at the 2010 Commonwealth Games in Dehli, India. Competing at Rio in 2016, Cochrane came home with a silver medal and most recently, he scooped up a silver in the 200m individual medley (SM8) and a bronze in the 100m breaststroke (SB8) in front of a home crowd at the 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games.

Watching Rick Pendleton win the 200 IM in Beijing 2008. My personal favourite moment was winning gold at the London Paralympics in the 100m breaststroke (SB8).
I'm getting married, I've got a Hungarian Vizsla (dog!) and he has more Instagram followers than I do.
Spending time at the beach, SCUBA diving, University studies and Playstation. I also like coin collecting and Barbequing.
Being called up for the Beijing Paralympic team and winning gold in London 2012.
