Achievements
Queenslander Daniel Fox began swimming more than a decade ago after he found a love of water when he was a toddler. Since then he has successfully competed in two Paralympics, two Commonwealth Games, three ICP World Championships and three Pan Pacific Para Champs. At the 2014 Comm Games in Glasgow, Fox set a new world record in the Men’s 200m Freestyle (S14) – twice – first in the heats and then improving his own record in the final.
Most recently the 27-year-old took home a bronze medal at the 2018 Gold Coast Comm Games and a gold at the Pan Pacific Para Championships in Cairns – taking his gold medal tally to nine.
