Achievements
With a passion for swimming, McTernan realised a lifelong dream when she competed in the green and gold at the World Para Swimming Championships in London. The rising star performed exceptionally well at both the Hancock Prospecting Australian Swimming and Age Championships in April – claiming an astounding eight gold medals – to earn her spot on the team. A true competitor, the young gun trains under the watchful eye of Ken Malcolm at St Hilda’s in Queensland.
