Thomas Fraser-Holmes

Achievements

A dual Olympian, Fraser-Holmes entered the world swimming stage as a junior after competing at the Junior Pan Pacific Championships when he was 17 years old. He qualified for his first Olympics in 2012 after winning both the 200m freestyle and 400m individual medley at the Australian Olympic Trials and went on to place seventh in the final of the 200m freestyle. In 2014 he won gold in the 200m freestyle at both the Commonwealth Games and the Pan Pacific Championships. He trains with Michael Bohl on the Gold Coast, moving there in 2018 after many years training with Dennis Cotterell at the Miami Swim Club.
