Back to Training Goals with Bio Island

Whether you've been back at training for a few weeks or you'll be diving in for the first time tomorrow, it's important to acknowledge your time away from the pool. With everyone and every state experiencing different circumstances and restrictions on training, it can be easy to lose sight of what you are working towards and why you do it.

This week with JX Xtra, presented by Bio Island, we've designed a free download goal setting template. Pick four goals, big or small, that you want to achieve in or out of the pool. Stick it on the fridge, take it to training or have it as your phone wallpaper, whatever motivation you need to achieve your goals.
