The Australian Open Water Championships and OceanSwim Festival will return to Busselton Jetty for 2025. The 2025 Australian Open Water Championships and OceanSwim Festival is proudly supported by the Western Australian Government through Tourism WA’s Regional Events Program, funded by Royalties for Regions, and the City of Busselton.

The Competitor Number listed next to your name on the Start List will be your tattoo number for the duration of the meet, unless you are entered into a relay. Relay team tattoo numbers are listed below and each club and 4th swimmer should have received an email about this. Please reach out if you did not receive the email and we will resend.

It is important for at least 1 Team Leader or Coach from your club to attend this briefing. This briefing will not be recorded.

Entries utilising non-conventional methods (i.e. using your 5km time to enter the 10km event) must be processed via manual entry – Swim Central will not accept these entry types.
Please carefully read the Qualifying Times and Entry Procedures document for the different ways you can enter. If you are unsure about your entries, or need to receive the manual entry link for a non-conventional entry, please send your queries to Shannon via events@swimming.org.au. If you can enter via Swim Central, please do so before the closing date and time noted above.
If you enter via Swim Central, you must complete the Timing Transponder Waiver Form HERE. All other manual entry forms will have this waiver built in.
All Relay Only Swimmers must complete their Relay Only Payment HERE.
Swimmers will now have the option of including their photo on their accreditation pass for National Championship events.

This form is ONLY REQUIRED if you have a pre-existing medical condition. Please do not continue with this form if you are perfectly healthy.
The information will be sent to our Competition Manager and will be used by our Medical Team in the event of any unexpected medical episodes. This will allow them to treat you correctly should the need occur. The information will be kept confidential. After the event, all data within this form will be permanently deleted. SwimAus will not store this information in our systems or otherwise.

Each swimmer is allowed one feeder for the 7.5km and 10km events. Swimmers are responsible for organising their own feeders and all feeders must register by complete the declaration form below. Accreditation for Feeders will be in the form of a wrist band provided at registration.
Wrist bands will not be provided to anyone who has not completed the declaration form.

The Australian Open Water Championships and OceanSwim Festival will return to Busselton Jetty for 2025.
