Mack's Mile - iSwim Set Launch
Releasing on iSwim for Workout Wednesday is a new training plan from Olympic Champion, Mack Horton.
Mack's Mile is a 1,600m freestyle set featuring a SCAT challenge. SCAT stands for stroke count and timing. Mack will talk you through some drills to improve your stroke efficiency before jumping into the main set.
Filmed at the picturesque Harold Holt pool where Mack learnt to swim as a junior.

Hancock Prospecting World Swimming Trials
9 - 14 June, Brisbane Aquatic Centre
You won't want to miss a moment of the action at the Hancock Prospecting World Swimming Trials.
Swimmers will be competing for a spot on the World Championship Team so you can expect some fast racing and close contests.
You will also see all the action from the Para Grand Prix on 13 and 14 June.
Entry is free for those with a registered ticket. You can get yours here.
If you can't get to the event you will be able to watch the livestream on the Swimming Australia website and the 7Plus app.
iSwim Live with James Magnussen
11 June, Brisbane Aquatic Centre, 11am - 12 pm
Bring your bathers and jump in the competition pool after the heats for a live iSwim session with James Magnussen. This freestyle sprint session, 'Maggie's Muscle Build' is free to attend - register your booking to avoid missing out. The session is designed for competent swimmers aged 15+.

Cate's Cardio Freestyle Set - iSwim Launch
Cate Campbell has designed a freestyle set to give you a great workout.
Cate will take you through the basics freestyle skills including turns and has a new challenge for you too.

Dolphins Preparation Camp
25 June - 7 July, Cairns
The Australian Dolphins Swim Team selected for the FINA World Championships will be heading to Cairns for team preparation and training.
It's a great chance for the team to come together, practice relays and prepare for the international competition.
We will be reporting all the progress and news from the team as well as providing some community events for locals.
Stay tuned for behind-the-scenes action.

Bio Island Junior Excellence Awards
Junior swimmers aged from 9 to 13 will be awarded their gold, silver or bronze level under the new Bio Island Junior Excellence recognition program.
Participants can expect to receive their certificates and recognition packs from their Club in the near future.
