The iSwim app has launched a skills section featuring various drills to improve your stroke efficiency. Demonstrated and explained through easy-to-follow instructional videos, the skills cover the basic to the advanced. They are easily categories by stroke and topics and new content is added weekly.

Improve your fitness with the guided training plans presented by our Australian Dolphins, coaches and top swimmers in Australia. Training plans vary by stroke, intensity and swimming levels to suit all abilities. You will even find some dryland sets to build our fitness, strength and endurance.
