Find Your 30 with Brooke Hanson

iSwim’s training programs have been bolstered by the addition of a new ambassador!

Olympic gold medallist Brooke Hanson OAM joins the iSwim ranks, motivating Australians to jump in the water and get active.

Hanson, who remains one of Australia’s most recognised Olympians representing Australia over 25 times in the pool, is back in action with her ‘Find Your 30’ fitness program.

Complimenting Sport Australia’s ‘Find Your 30’ campaign, encouraging Aussie’s to get active with 30 minutes of physical activity daily, Hanson’s program is designed to be a heart-rate raising session for those with minimal time.

Starting off with a mix of land and pool-based exercises Hanson encourages swimmers to “make the most” of their workout.

Hanson’s program is set for an intermediate level of fitness, designed to motivate users to set goals and continually work towards them.

 

 

Whilst Hanson’s program is designed for a more intense level, users are given alternative options within the sets so they can tailor the workout to suit their own fitness needs and goals.

“Find your 30 is all about you, it’s your time to connect with the water”, states Hanson.

No matter where you swim or how you do it Hanson encourages all Aussies to get in the water.

“The most important thing is that your staying active and healthy.”
