How many hours should my child train? Can they eat that? Should they be taking this supplement? Is this safe?

They’re all questions parents may ask themselves when supporting their child’s swimming career with the aim of helping them achieve their goals.

To make things easier and clearer for parents, the Australian Sports Anti-Doping Authority (ASADA), in partnership with the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA), have designed two new resources – an online course and a brochure.

Titled ‘Parents' Guide to Clean Sport’, the resources outline the importance of instilling positive culture and values, finding balance, doping risks and the significance of clean sport.
