Swimming Australia has secured the live streaming of the 2019 FINA World Championships in Gwangju.

Australian friends, family and fans of the Australian Dolphins Swim Team will be able to watch every race LIVE and FREE on Swimming Australia's iSwim app.

With Australian broadcast rights not coming to fruition, Swimming Australia's CEO, Leigh Russell, commenced negotiations directly with FINA on behalf on the Australian swimming public. While the team worked hard in the pool, the sports' administrators worked tirelessly to make this a possibility.

"We have a strategic goal to 'build the swim tribe' in the year leading up the Tokyo Olympics, so felt it essential for the Australian public to witness the heroic efforts of the team during the second biggest swimming event in the four-year cycle," said Russell.

"We want to enrich and inspire the nation through swimming and who better to do that than the Australian Dolphins Swim Team on the world stage."

The team has been training meticulously since selection in the host cities of Cairns and Nagaoka (Japan) before arriving in Gwangju. They have left no stone unturned in their preparation.
