Resignation of Auditor

The following statement is made for the information of members.

Swimming Australia Limited – ACN 109 333 628 (the Company)

Notice is given that the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) has, under s329(8) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Corporations Act), confirmed the resignation of the Company’s former auditor with effect from 25^th March 2024 [under s329(8) of the Corporations Act the resignation takes effect on the later of the day specified in the notice of resignation or the day when the disclosures outlined above are made by the Company].

To conform with the disclosure requirements required by ASIC, specifically Regulatory Guide 26 at paragraphs RG 26.59 to RG 26.61, the following information is provided:

Details of outgoing auditor:

– PricewaterhouseCoopers, 2 Riverside Quay, Southbank, VIC, 3006

Details of the proposed incoming auditor:

– PKF (NS) Audit & Assurance, 755 Hunter Street, Newcastle West, NSW 2302

Reason for the change in auditor:

The outgoing auditor made application to ASIC to resign as the Company’s auditor and ASIC has consented to the application to resign by way of correspondence dated 18 March 2024.
