The Heats & Finals Timeline are to be used as a guideline only and are subject to unexpected changes. For any significant changes to the timelines, these will be shared within the various WhatsApp groups (links above).

Hard copies of programs will not be provided for spectators. Coaches will be given limited copies and are advised to print their own before arriving.

**27/11/23: The Program of Events from Day 3 onwards has been slightly modified. All 50m form stroke events (backstroke, butterfly, breaststroke) are now Timed Finals, swum slowest heat to fastest heat in the morning sessions only. This change has been made to enable athletes and coaches to focus on improved performance in Olympic events, which are also the selection events for the 2024 Junior Pan Pacific Championships held later in the year.
MC 50m form stroke events remain unchanged.

Swimmers may only contest one club 4x50m freestyle relay, one club 4x50m medley relay, one club 4x100m freestyle relay, one club 4x100m medley relay, one state 4x50m freestyle relay and one state 4x50m medley relay across the Championships.

Each state may only enter one team in each state relay event.

Events 44 – 49, 4x50m Freestyle State Relays can be made up of 4 swimmers from the relevant age bands at your discretion. However, for fairness across gender and age brackets, events 204 – 208, Mixed 4x50m Medley State Relays must be formed with 2 female and 2 male swimmers from the relevant age band.
For eg. Event 207 Mixed 13/14 years State Medley Relay must consist of 2 x 13 year old female swimmers and 2 x 14 year old male swimmers. This ensures that each of the four age groups of each gender will be involved.

Club Relay entries are to be submitted via Swim Central.

CR 10.1 A swimmer who is a member of another federation affiliated to World Aquatics is not eligible to represent or score points for an Australian club or state, including those that hold Australian
Citizenship.

State Relay entries can only be submitted via TM File or via a Manual Entry link. Please reach out to Shannon via events@swimming.org.au for a copy of the TM File or enter via the State Relay Manual Entry Form.

Reserves may be added, and final names must be confirmed prior to the start of Event 34 (for Freestyle relays) or Event 194 (for Medley relays).

Any Relay Only Swimmers who are not participating in individual events must complete their Relay Only Payment HERE.

Accreditation Applications are now closed.

No further applications will be approved, including at the venue. You will be able to purchase a spectator ticket at the venue if you need.
