The Heats Timeline is to be used as a guideline only and is subject to unexpected changes. For any significant changes to the timeline, these will be shared within the various WhatsApp groups.

Accreditation opens Friday December 15 at 9:00am AEDT and will close at 11am AEDT Tueday 2nd April.

Coaches attending both the Age and Open Championships are eligible for a discount on their Open Champs accreditation. Applications will be subject to manual verification and any discounted applications for those only attending Opens will be rejected.

MC Carers Pass: MC athletes with an ‘A’ exception will be the only athletes allowed to receive accreditation for a carer to assist them on pool deck and in the marshalling area. Athletes with a ‘T’ exception will be able to have a carer assist them on pool deck, however, they are unable to enter the marshalling area. If you do not have an ‘A’ or ‘T’ exception but still require a support person with you, please provide a letter from your coach and medical provider to support your request and we will provide exceptions where needed.
